Okay, for some reason I feel like I've done this joke before, but I looked back through the old strips and couldn't find it. Still, this one came to mind most likely for a different reason. I recently read that birds' brains, while very small even in relation to their bodies, still have more neurons pound for pound than human brains. This is because their neurons are much more densely packed, so they can have smaller brains while having the same amount of brain power as an animal with a larger brain. Of course, we already knew birds were smarter than they looked, but now we know why.
