It’s unfortunate, but summer heat does make one sluggish. One has to wonder if the bugs are sluggish as well, and if so why Floyd would have such difficulty catching them. The only answer is that the bugs are getting sluggish, but Floyd is twice as sluggish as they are and so has trouble.
