Many people seem to believe that art is something you're born with the ability to do, and anyone who isn't can only draw stick figures. This isn't true at all. It's a learned skill. Anyone can learn to do it, as long as they want to and practice hard enough. I think this is true of most things. When people say they can't do something, more often than not they really mean that they don't want to try to learn.
