Isaac Asimov said that there are people who believe that their ignorance is as good as knowledge, but I feel like these days it's more extreme than that. People who know nothing believe that they are somehow more intelligent than people who know things. It's confusing, and I feel like those people must be from some alternate, anti-matter universe or something. No thinking person would ever believe that. I suppose that's kind of the point.
