Some mammals have areas of skin that appears blue, but not any blue hair or fur that I know of. There are mammals with grayish fur that appears blue, but I don't know if I count that. There are blue whales, of course, but any hair that they do have isn't blue. The only blue haired mammal I can think of is the human who wants to rebel against nature.
