Yes, hummingbirds do use spider silk they steal from spiders as adhesive to glue their nests together and to bind them to the branches they build them on (which is fascinating). Also, they do sometimes steal bugs from spider webs and eat them (which is also fascinating). Tina is way nicer than other hummingbirds, though.
