In terms of how aliens see and treat Earth people, I tend to take the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy view. Aliens probably just ignore us for the most part, unless they want to play practical jokes on us or add entries on us to their comprehensive books about every planet in the universe. Even then, said entries are probably pretty short.
