I thought of doing something that plays on the term “snow bird” as someone who goes to warmer climates in the wintertime, but I couldn’t think of anything that someone who isn’t that type of person would understand very well. So, I have an off-panel Lewis covered in snow, continuing to be poetic despite his predicament.
