Whenever I see smaller birds on the ground, I’ve noticed that they don’t walk. They hop around. I guess it would be important to birds to be able to jump or hop well. However, they can fly, so how high they can jump probably doesn’t matter so much to them. Josh on the other hand does care, as a young adolescent bird his age probably would. Keep practicing, Josh.
